Notting Hill House

This impressive Victorian house in Lansdowne Crescent, Notting Hill, is being refurbished and extended to create a luxurious townhouse for London living.

The project is currently in the outline design phase. A new full-width glass rear extension will transform the connection between the lower-ground floor spaces and the garden. New roof lights in the extension will flood the previously dark lower-ground floor with daylight. Removing non-original walls at this level provides more generous spaces for family life. The newly landscaped garden will lead to the communal gardens at the rear.

A full sustainable retrofit is proposed, with insulation, MVHR and heat pumps to create a fossil-fuel free home.

Our other current Notting Hill refurbishment and extension projects include a Mews House in Pembroke Mews and an early Victorian townhouse in Elgin Crescent.
