This comprehensive flat refurbishment in Highbury, N5, transformed a previously unloved interior into a bright, contemporary home.

From the first client meeting, a key focus of the brief was to establish a refined, muted colour palette that prioritised natural materials. To achieve this, high-quality finishes, including natural stone, tactile timber, and breathable lime plaster, were used throughout the property.
The internal floor plan was also entirely redesigned to improve circulation, with all living spaces now flowing seamlessly from a newly established central spine wall.
To improve the connection to the outdoors, a larger opening was created onto the terrace, allowing natural light to flood the living room. A honed Grigio Perla stone step presents an invitation to the outside, framed by a contemporary solid oak door that has been painted internally to perfectly match the surrounding lime plaster walls.more

Kitchen and Living Spaces
The heart of the home is a newly designed bespoke kitchen. Throughout the flat, bespoke internal pivot doors are finished in an oiled sapele veneer. Handles are either by Izé, or crafted bespoke in solid sapele.
