At Gibson Square in Islington, we refurbished a Grade 2 listed Georgian house. A rear extension at lower ground floor looks onto a new planted courtyard. A bright open-plan living area is created over the entire first floor of the house, where floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light.

In Haringey, we have recently secured planning consent for a new build 250sqm Passivhaus on an end-of-terrace garage plot. We have also completed a sustainable retrofit on the existing property on the adjacent site.

We have a portfolio of unique architect-designed north London homes that are finely crafted to our clients’ requirements.
