Hammersmith and Fulham extension
3rd Nov 2016

Architecture for London has completed detailed design for a Hammersmith and Fulham extension and conversion into flats
A generous width to the original Victorian house allows two bedroom flats at each level with ensuite master bedrooms. An additional storey is created with a traditionally detailed, slate clad mansard roof extension. This features a floor to ceiling glazed dormer window with far reaching views over west London.

The property is located within the Hammersmith Grove conservation area. The area was developed in the early nineteenth century and features generous street widths and mature trees. The consistent London stock brick terraces have stucco details and bay windows over half basement and raised ground floor levels.
