This early 19th-century Georgian house in Hampstead village was refurbished and reconfigured to provide a characterful home.

Traditional materials were used in their raw state to create a soft contemporary minimalism.

Raw, unpainted lime plaster was applied internally throughout the house, while original timber floors and staircases were painstakingly restored and refurbished.

Architecture for London was appointed in a consulting role, supporting client and architect, Ian Thompson. Photos by @buildingnarratives
