Our refurbishment and extension of an early Victorian house in London Fields, Hackney, currently in outline design, stage 3. The house lies within the Graham Road and Mapledene conservation area.

The new lower ground floor kitchen and dining is to be enlarged with an extension connecting the main family spaces to the garden. A double-height void above the kitchen will bring light into the lower ground floor, from large original feature windows above in the reception rooms.
