As part of an invited competition, AFL was commissioned to design a new town masterplan. The town accommodates homes, offices and public buildings with a total internal area of 150,000 square metres.⠀

We envisage the masterplan as a landscaped park: a place that defers to the beauty of nature. To achieve this, all new architecture sits lightly on the land, with cantilevers and slender columns. Buildings are further surrounded by dense planted landscaping and feature green roofs.
