This Grade 2 listed Georgian townhouse in Fitzrovia, in the borough of Camden, was built in 1798 and is adjacent to the Robert Adam designed Fitzroy square. The ground and lower ground duplex flat requires remedial works and refurbishment to reinstate the original elegance of the interiors whilst providing high quality contemporary accommodation.

To the rear a series of poorly constructed extensions will be demolished. A proposed three storey extension will provide an enlarged kitchen, dining room and a generous master suite. Original features including sash windows and stock bricks are to be retained and re-used. A contemporary stair leads from the kitchen to a large sliding roof light, giving access to a landscaped terrace at first floor. Planning and listed building consents were received in 2015 and the project is currently at detailed design.

AFL have additionally been appointed to provide a complete interior design and detailed joinery design service for the property.
